Chihuahua…Puggles…Goats.  Yes goats!  Lindsay Lohan has always been a trend setter…on the cutting edge - especially with pets.  Chihuahuas are out…goats are in.  Especially with top hats!  Here, Lindsay was spotted on the beach with her trendy new pet goat - “Sergio”.
